With more than 43 years experience as an ophthalmologist, David K. Dr. Chow earned his medical degree at Emory University in Atlanta, followed by his ophthalmology internship and residency at Georgetown University Department of Ophthalmology MedStar Washington Hospital Center, Georgetown University Hospital Center, and National Children's Medical Center, all in Washington DC.  He specializes in not only routine eye care but also the treatment of eye disease and pre- and post-surgery care. Dr. Chow refers patients who need surgery like cataract removal or retina surgery to trusted local specialists and then co-manages care to ensure all patients get exactly what they need for the best eye health. Dr. Chow is also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Clinical Sciences Ophthalmology at West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine.
